Even More

Now the flooding has spread to the family room. UGH!!! I am not happy. In fact, I am VERY grumpy! I wonder if the previous owners knew about this problem...

that was what happened to our house! Its insane, they new about it when we got it, it was just crazy, a pipe under the ground has burst and we were going to have to redo the whole foundation. I am so sorry! hopefully it stops and you can fix it all up

Check your disclosure. If they knew, it should be in there. And if you had a house inspector, he would have seen it if it existed before. But that really stinks. What a hassle and a pain!

And I now suddenly have more sympathy for you! Our washer drains into a sink. Joshua pooped his pants and Dan had him put his underwear in the ink. It clogged the sink as the washer was draining, and when I went to move my laundry over, I found a basement floor covered with water! Aargh. It was also covered with toys, so I was not happy to have to clean it up and dry it out. Okay, its nowhere near dry. It has 10 towels and a comforter soaking up all the water, with a puddle in the middle. But I am DONE! So, I am now much more sympathetic to you and I hope your mess goes away fast!
